Vince has practiced therapy, training, and supervision in South Carolina for 18 years. Prior to entering full time private practice in 1983, he taught child and family studies at the university level for twelve years. He has a reputation for being able to work effectively with very intense and difficult problems. His clinical specialties are play therapy with young children and adolescents, foster care and adoptions, fathering, and cotherapy with couples. In many of those areas he is in demand as a trainer and supervisor. Vince's broad expertise comes from his career experience, including lessons learned from clients. Its depth comes from the best professional teachers and mentors a person could ask for, and from the tempering that comes with living the roles of son, husband, father, stepfather, grandfather, and runner. Only his wife and his running shoes live with him now.
